Dosage:
Stir one scoop (6.6 g) in 150 mL of water daily and take with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Cautions:
For adult use only. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are following a low protein diet. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae /Compositae /Daisy family. Hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
