Each tablet contains:Fibre4® (partially hydrolyzed guar gum)1 g

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium starch glycolate, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Directions:
Recommended dosage (adults, adolescents, and children 12 years and older):For fibre:3 tablets daily or as directed by a physician.
For IBS, diarrhea, constipation, glycemic index:5 tablets daily or as directed by a physician.
Take with a full glass of water.
