Each gummy contains:
Vitamin A(Vitamin A palmitate) 113 mcg RAE (375 IU)
Vitamin B6(Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.25 mg
Vitamin B12(Cyanocobalamin) 0.6 mcg
Vitamin C(Ascorbic acid) 7.5 mg
Vitamin D(Vitamin D3, Cholecalciferol) 3.75 mcg (150 IU)
Vitamin E(d-alpha Tocopheryl acetate) 2.35 mg AT (3.5 IU)
Iodine(Potassium iodide) 15 mcg
Zinc(Zinc citrate) 1 mg

Non-Medical Ingredients:
Pectin, magnesium citrate, tricalcium phosphate, inositol, organic beet sugar, organic glucose syrup, black currant fruit juice concentrate, carrot juice, citric acid, paprika, maltodextrin, mannitol, natural fruit flavour.

Directions:
Children (3-8 years): 2 gummies once per day. Adolescents (9-13 years): 3 gummies once per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Contains no:
Dairy, gluten, artificial flavours, artificial colours, or artificial preservatives. Suitable for a vegan diet.
