Nutricol - Bioflavonoids: (grape seed 125mg, 95% proanthocyanidins and decaffeinated green tea 125mg, 95% polyphenols)
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 1000mg
Glucosamine hydrochloride (vegan source) 750mg
Vitamin C 400mg
Betaine HCl 200mg
Magnesium 145mg
Vitamin E (natural d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 67mg AT 100 IU
Hyaluronic acid 25mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Organic blackberry, organic cranberry, organic red raspberry and organic blueberry fruit powder, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate magnesium stearate (plant source).

Dosage:
Adults: Take 5 capsules 2 times daily. For best absorption do not administer with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
