Glucosamine hydrochloride (vegan source) 750mg
Inulin 500mg
Vitamin C 400mg

Vitamin E (natural d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 67mg AT 100 IU

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Organic blackberry, organic cranberry, organic red raspberry and organic blueberry fruit powder, organic monk fruit extract, natural flavouring, malic acid.

Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tsp two times daily. Mix with water or diluted juice. For best absorption do not take with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime.
