Each vegetarian capsule contains:
15 billion active cells* of the following specially cultured strains of probiotics:
Total bacterial culture 15 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium breve (BB-03) 3 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum (BL-05) 2.3 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (BL-04) 2 billion CFU
Lacticaseibacillus paracasei (LPC-37) 2 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (HN-019) 1.8 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium bifidum (BB-06) 1.1 billion CFU
Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus (GG) 1 billion CFU
Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-14) 1 billion CFU
Lacticaseibacillus casei (LC-11) 0.7 billion CFU
Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (LP-115) 0.1 billion CFU
CFU: colony forming units
*Guaranteed minimum 15 billion active cells per capsule at expiry date. Guaranteed minimum 20 billion active cells per capsule at manufacture date. For maximum potency, refrigerate.

Non Medicinal Ingredients:
Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum), maltodextrin, inulin, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), ascorbic acid.

Dosage:
1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Cautions:
If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, and/or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Do not use this product if you are taking tetracycline. Keep out of reach of children.
