Prairie Doctor Skullcap - A member of the mint family, commonly used in nighttime rest formulas. A traditional herb that can be taken internally to treat nervousness, irritability, insomnia, and neuralgia. Skullcap has a sedating effect and is also able to calm spasms, reduce fever, stimulate the kidneys, and also has cleansing effects. Skullcap is very effective for treating anxiety and tension headaches as well and the Chinese consider it a powerful remedy that is used to calm the mind and also to prepare for meditation.

Ingredients:
Organic Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) Herb.
Extraction: 1:4 (250mg/ml)

Non-Medical Ingredients:
Organic Non-GMO Cane Alcohol and Locally Sourced Spring Water.
Alcohol: 50%

Dosage:
Take 1-1.6ml 3 times a day (up to 10 days) by placing it under the tongue and swallow for best results or add it to your preferred beverage. Hot beverages are not recommended as they may affect efficacy of the product.

Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) when using our Skullcap herbal tincture.
