Prairie Doctor Black Cohosh - One of the world's most widely used herbs for treating symptoms associated with PMS and menopause, Black Cohosh has been tested and found to be effective in reducing and relieving hot flashes, sweating, anxiety, painful menstruation and sleep disturbances associated with these conditions.

Ingredients:
Organic Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) Root.
Extraction: 1:4 (250mg/ml)

Non-Medical Ingredients:
Organic Non-GMO Cane Alcohol, Locally Sourced Spring Water.
Alcohol: 50%

Dosage:
Take 1-1.6ml 3 times per day (Up to 6 months) by placing it under the tongue and swallow for best results or add it to your preferred beverage. Hot beverages are not recommended as they may affect efficacy of the product.
