New Roots Herbal Evening Primrose Oil - 1000 mg - Source of essential fatty acids. Helps to reduce symptoms associated with acne; to relieve symptoms of mild cases of atopic dermatitis (eczema), roughness of the skin associated with atopic dermatitis (eczema), and inflammation associated with acne. Evening Primrose Oil has been found effective in treating and relieving symptoms of PMS and menopause, eczema, arthritis.

Directions: For acne/eczema/skin moisture, hydration, elasticity and firmness: Take 2 softgels twice daily. As a source of omega-6s/linoleic acid: Take 2 softgels daily. For all other uses: Take 2 softgels one to three times daily.
