Carbohydrate gum [cellulose], microcrystalline cellulose, hesperidin, stearic acid, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Directions:
Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Time released tablets are designed to gradually release their contents over an eight hour period.
