Natural Factors SlimStyles PGX Granules - PGX granules mix and dissolve easily when sprinkled on cereal, soups, yogurt or salads, without affecting the flavour of your food. You can also "just add water" for an incredibly convenient way to increase your dietary fibre intake without a lot of effort. PGX granules provide all the benefits of this unique polysaccharide (fibre) blend, including blood sugar balancing and a feeling of fullness, that last for hours. PGX goes beyond fibre. It is highly concentrated and works quickly to curb appetite and cravings. Sprinkle unflavoured PGX granules on your food and it will help you will eat less, promoting a sense of fullness and help you get better control of your weight.

Ingredients

Each level scoop (5 g) contains:
PGX® (PolyGlycopleX®) 5 g
Highly purified water soluble polysaccharide complex manufactured using the proprietary EnviroSimplex® Process: Konjac-mannan (Amorphophallus konjac)(root), xanthan gum, sodium alginate

Dosage:
1 scoop 2 times daily. PGX® can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (250–500 mL) or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For weight management and appetite reduction:
1 scoop 3 times daily.
Recommendation when using PGX for the first time:
Week 1:
½ scoop 2–3 times daily.
Week 2:
1 scoop 2–3 times daily.
Week 3 and beyond:
1 scoop 3 times daily.

Cautions:
Consult a health care practitioner if you are under 18 years of age, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any health concerns. If you are taking medications, take one hour prior to, or two hours after taking PGX®. If your goal is to achieve weight loss, or if you are diabetic, or on cholesterol-lowering medications, consult a qualified health care practitioner prior to use. Keep out of the reach of children.
