Natural Factors Iron Factors - 35 mg - With B12 & Folic Acid for optimal absorption and bio-availability. Iron is found in abundance in the blood, and is essential for good health. Iron is necessary for the production of hemoglobin (red blood corpuscles), myoglobin (red pigment in muscles), and certain enzymes. Each tablet contains:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg
Iron (ferrous fumarate) 35 mg
Manganese (gluconate) 2 mg
Folate (folic acid) 0.1 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg

Non-Medical Ingredients:
Desiccated Liver Powder 200 mg, Dextrose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage:
Recommended adult dose:
1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Caution:
Child resistant cap. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. There is enough drug in this bottle to seriously harm a child. For adult use only.
