Natural Factors Chewable Ginger - 500 mg - Provides a highly concentrated ginger extract to help relieve nausea or vomiting due to motion and/or seasickness and support digestive health. This multi-purpose remedy also acts as an expectorant and antitussive to help relieve symptoms of bronchitis, coughs, and colds. Natural Factors Chewable Ginger is standardized to contain 5% gingerol, the bioactive ingredient in ginger responsible for its anti-nausea effect. 

Ingredients

Each chewable tablet contains:
Organic ginger extract(Zingiber officinale)(rhizome) 20 mg
(Equivalent to 500 mg ginger)
Gingerols (5%) 1 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), Stevia rebaudiana leaf, hydroxypropylcellulose.

Dosage:
Chew 2 tablets daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For anti-nausea use:
Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel and optionally every 4 hours as necessary.
For post-operative nausea:
Take 1 hour prior to surgery, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Menstrual pain/cramping (adults):
Chew 3 tablets daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 2 days before menses and during days 1 to 3 of menses.

Cautions:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of the reach of children.

Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
