Fenugreek is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an expectorant to help relieve excess mucous.

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seed) 1000 mgMarshmallow (Althaea officinalis, root) (1:5, QCE 750 mg) 3750 mgNettle (Urtica dioica, herb top) 1000 mgSage (Salvia officinalis, leaf) 500 mgSiberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus, root) 0.5 mgThyme (Thymus vulgaris, leaf) 500 mgNon-medicinal Ingredients: Cinnamon bark oil, clove leaf oil, german chamomile extract, honey, peppermint oil, potassium sorbate, purified water, rosemary leaf, spearmint oil. Contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, animal products, dairy products, fish or shellfish, corn, starch, wheat or yeast. Directions: Shake well before each use. Refrigerate after opening. Take 1 Tbsp 2 times per day.
