Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (Bl-04) 3.7 billion cfu
Bifidobacterium bifidum/B. lactis (Bb-02) 1.8 billion cfu
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr-32) 2.2 billion cfu
Lactobacillus salivarius (Ls-33) 1.2 billion cfu
Streptococcus thermophilus (St-21) 1.5 billion cfu
Lactobacillus casei (Lc-11) 1.2 billion cfu
Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14) 4.4 billion cfu

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
L-glutamine (250 mg), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, gellan gum.

Directions:
Take 1 capsule once a day.
