Ingredients

Each tablespoon (15ml) contains:
Magnesium (Magnesium Bisglycinate) 90mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Phospholipids (from sunflower), acacia gum, beta-carotene, d-alpha tocopherol, glycerin, malic acid, natural orange flavour, potassium sorbate, purified water, stevia leaf, xanthan gum.

Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablespoon 1 time per day.

Contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, animal products, dairy products, fish or shellfish, soy, corn, starch, wheat or yeast.
