Elemental Iron (Heme iron polypeptide- bovine hemoglobin, BSE free, naturally sourced, hormone free) 11mg
Elemental Selenium (Selenomthionine) 66.7mcg
Folate (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, Calcium salt) 333.3mcg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 333.3mcg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 100mg

Non-Medical Ingredients:
Gelatin (BSE Free Bovine source Halal certified), Microcrystalline cellulose, Colloidal silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate (Vegetable source).

Dosage:
Adults: 1 capsule 1-3 times per day.
