Each DR veggie capsule contains:
Bromelain (ananas comosus var. comosus, pineapple stem) 18,000,000 FCC PU (500 mg)
Each gram of Extra Strength Bromelain conatains 2400 GDU (Gelatin Digestive Units) of enzyme activity

Non-Medical Ingredients:
Hypromellose (capsule ingredient), Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Gellan Gum.

Dosage:
Adults: 1 capsule 3 times per day. Take with food/meal.

Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, if you are taking anticoagulant agents, anti-inflammatory agents, or antibiotics and if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers or are having surgery.
