ITL Health MAG365 Magnesium BF Plus Calcium - Ionic magnesium citrate powder with the added goodness of calcium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, vitamin C, vitamin B6, boron, zinc and potassium. MAG365 BF Plus Calcium is formulated to help promote optimal dietary calcium absorption and contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones. The nutrients in MAG365 BF are also highly beneficial for heart health, hormone health, and immune health. MAG365 BF Plus Calcium Natural has a naturally light citrus flavour (thanks to the naturally occurring flavour of the magnesium), combined with a mineral taste from the goodness of the additional vitamins and minerals. 

Ingredients

Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate), Potassium (Potassium Bicarbonate), Calcium (Calcium Lactate), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc (Zinc Picolinate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5 -phosphate), Boron (Boric Acid), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinones, Trans, double micro-encapsulated), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). *magnesium carbonate and citric acid combine with water to create ionic magnesium citrate 

Dosage

Start by taking 2g (one teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 4g per day. Mix in a glass or mug with enough hot water to create a fizzing action. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water enjoy. If using cold water, allow it to fully ionise for approximately 20 minutes before drinking. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. each 4g serving provides 375mg of elemental magnesium
