Black cohosh extract (actaea racemosa) root, 3:140mg

Chasteberry extract (vitex agnus-castus) fruit, 4:140mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, vegetable capsule. No binders. No fillers.

Dosage

Adult women - Take one (1) capsule, three (3) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not take immediately before going to bed.
