Copper (from copper citrate) 1 mg

Iodine (from potassium iodide) 150 mcg

Magnesium (from magnesium aspartate, oxide )420 mg

Manganese (from manganese bisglycinate) 2.3 mg

Molybdenum (from Na molybdate) 45 mcg

Potassium (from potassium chloride, iodide) 98 mg

Selenium (as selenomethionine) 55 mcg

Silicon (HVP chelate from soy) 50 mg

Vanadium (from vanadium citrate) 18 mcg

Zinc (from zinc citrate) 11 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, sodium stearyl fumarate, citric acid, glycine, l-aspartic acid, magnesium trisilicate, rice and soy flour, tapioca dextrin, hydroxypropyl cellulose and olive oil. Capsule: hypromellose.

Dosage

Take up to seven capsules daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.

Cautions

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or with other potassium containing supplements. Some people may experience diarrhea. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond six months. This product contains soy and corn, do not use if you have a soy and/or corn allergy.
