AOR Ortho Minerals - A complete, balanced multi-mineral formula, including all officially-recognized essential minerals as well as dietary minerals which research suggests may also be essential and have important health benefits. Ortho Minerals uses the best-utilized forms of minerals, based on the latest research, and includes vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) because of its importance in the metabolism of several minerals.

Boron (from boron citrate) 700mcg
Calcium (from calcium citrate malate) 1000mg
Chromium (from chromium picolinate) 100mcg
Copper (from copper citrate) 1mg
Iodine (from potassium iodide) 150mcg
Magnesium (from magnesium aspartate, oxide) 420mg
Manganese (from manganese bisglycinate) 2.3mg
Molybdenum (from Na molybdate) 45mcg
Potassium (from potassium chloride, iodide) 98mg
Selenium (as selenomethionine) 55mcg
Silicon (HVP chelate from soy) 50mg
Vanadium (from vanadium citrate) 18mcg
Zinc (from zinc citrate) 11mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, sodium stearyl fumarate, citric acid, glycine, l-aspartic acid, magnesium trisilicate, rice and soy flour, tapioca dextrin, hydroxypropyl cellulose and olive oil. Capsule: hypromellose.

Dosage:
Adults: Take up to seven capsules daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.

Caution:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or with other potassium containing supplements. Some people may experience diarrhea. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond six months. This product contains soy and corn, do not use if you have a soy and/or corn allergy.
